About the Role:

The Compliance Administrator will work closely with various departments to ensure processes meet required guidelines and support continuous improvement efforts. Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the quality management system, ensuring alignment with relevant standards
  • Conducting internal audits and quality reviews to identify areas for improvement
  • Staying informed on industry standards and regulatory requirements to support ongoing compliance
  • Coordinating with external auditors and certification bodies during audits and reviews
  • Integrating quality management practices into daily operations
  • Managing and organising documentation related to compliance activities
  • Supporting the training of staff on compliance-related matters
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have some experience in quality management systems or compliance roles, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in IT, especially in Excel and other MS Office applications, is also essential. Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach are required. Awareness of ISO 9001 and other industry standards is a plus. A driving licence and own vehicle are required due to the location.
