Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager - PPC

We are seeking a highly skilled Freelance Performance Marketing Manager to join our client's beauty brand team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing digital media campaigns, overseeing Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media, from planning to implementation across global markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage digital media campaigns, including Paid Social, Paid Search, Affiliates, and VOD/Display media
  • Oversee campaign planning, content, and implementation across global markets
  • Collaborate with the Brand, ECommerce, and Marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns
  • Develop and implement full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Work with the Brand teams to create best-in-class, digital-first creative assets
Requirements:
  • Experience working in a similar Media role, managing performance channels within Beauty, Fashion, or Luxury or any DTC innovation-led business
  • Strong commercial marketing and consumer communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
  • Excellent team player with a willingness to work collaboratively
