About Our ClientOur client is a positive and resilient individual with a great sense of humor. He loves art and socializing with friends. While he has complex physical and health needs, he thrives in a person-centered environment where his individuality is celebrated.
Your Responsibilities- Provide personalized care, including assistance with daily living activities
- Support and administer therapy and treatment as prescribed
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Accompany our client on social outings and holidays (as needed)
- Create a safe, comfortable, and supportive home environment
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals with:
- At least 6 months of recent experience supporting individuals in a care setting
- A full, clean UK driving license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong written communication skills
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference in someone's life
Experience working with individuals with cerebral palsy is highly desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided.
