About the Role:

  • Operate Counterbalance Forklifts to load and unload materials from conveyor belt systems and move roller bins around the facility.
  • Ensure safe logistical movement of materials and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Adhere to health and safety rules and regulations on site.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload materials from conveyor belts and move them to designated areas.
  • Operate Counterbalance Forklifts to transport materials around the facility.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials to meet production targets.
  • Participate in regular cleaning and maintenance of the warehouse and equipment.
  • Report any safety concerns or incidents to management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience operating Counterbalance Forklifts (ideally 6 months minimum).
  • Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (expired or in-house licence accepted).
  • International licences considered.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
