About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics Finance and Operations Administrator to join our team at Sanderson Recruitment. As a key member of our delivery team, you will provide high-quality application support on all production Dynamics Finance and Operations instances across both regulated and unregulated businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application support on all production Dynamics Finance and Operations instances
  • Manage tickets associated with Dynamics based business services according to ITIL principles
  • Maintain and configure all elements of Dynamics Finance and Operations to best practice standards
  • Understand and support integrations into Dynamics across a broad range of applications
  • Contribute to the expansion of our Dynamics offerings by providing advice to business partners and project teams
  • Support project delivery by providing technical analysis, solution input, and instance administration
Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations product
  • Foundational knowledge of the full Microsoft Dynamics Suite of business applications
  • Experience in application support, ideally within an ITIL framework
  • Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills and business awareness
  • Great problem-solving skills and ability to work using your own initiative
  • Ability to manipulate and extract data for incident and problem resolution
  • Ability to understand customer requests and business processes supported by ERP systems
  • Ability to use business administration and familiarity with data integration tools surrounding Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience using Microsoft developer tools for Dynamics and Microsoft Teams Foundation Server, Azure Dev Ops, Lifecycle Services (LCS), and Microsoft Visual Studio
