CV Library is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Milton Keynes. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance on a static site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance tasks
  • Carry out electrical building maintenance and repairs
  • Conduct lighting and emergency lighting tests
  • Work on control panels and BMS systems
  • Maintain and update log books
  • Perform plumbing tasks, including unblocking toilets
Requirements:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 in Electrical Engineering
  • 18th Edition certification
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled and able to work independently
  • Good communication skills and client-facing experience
