About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our team at Appoint Group's private hospital in Caterham, Surrey. As a Theatre Nurse / ODP, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
  • Working collaboratively with the theatre team to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Providing support and guidance to junior staff members
  • Participating in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety

Requirements:

  • Current registration with the NMC / HCPC
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 2 years' experience in orthopaedic scrub
  • Theatre experience with hip arthroplasty, knee arthroplasty, and anterior cruciate ligaments
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) is desirable
