About the RoleAs a Mechatronics Design Engineer, you will be involved in designing, developing, and implementing innovative mechatronic systems and solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical, electronic, and computer engineering principles.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Design and develop mechatronic systems and components, including robotics, automation systems, and smart devices.
- Prototyping and Testing: Create prototypes and conduct rigorous testing to ensure functionality, reliability, and performance standards are met.
- System Integration: Integrate mechanical, electronic, and software components into cohesive systems.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in existing systems and develop effective solutions.
- Project Management: Lead or contribute to project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, software developers, and project managers.
- Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation, including technical reports, design specifications, and user manuals.
- An engineering background with a degree or higher in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in mechatronic system design and development.
- Experience with programming languages such as C/C#, Python.
- Familiarity with control systems, sensors, actuators, and robotics.
- Knowledge of Industrial automation and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
