About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at CTS Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans, working closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Support residents in making informed choices and decisions about their lives, promoting autonomy and dignity.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a calm and respectful environment, promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
  • Contribute to the smooth running of the home, working closely with the Team Leader to ensure effective communication and coordination.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a mental health support role, with a strong understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • A calm and confident manner, with a flexible approach to meeting the changing needs of residents.
  • A clean driving license, with the ability to travel to and from work.
