Compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide initial advice and guidance related to your area of expertise prior to enrollment.
  • Assist in the development of both new and existing educational programs.
  • Deliver theoretical and practical training sessions to students at various locations or through blended learning methods.
  • Conduct workplace visits to observe, assess, and review learner progress.
  • Mentor and guide learners to foster essential skills, determination, and positive habits necessary for success in their careers.
  • Encourage learners to exceed their training expectations and cultivate ambition for their professional journeys.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employers and partner organizations.
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Highly driven professional with diverse industry experience.
  • Experience in delivering training or supporting apprentices in a practical setting.
  • Thorough understanding of recent trends in curriculum development and design.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum GCSE Grade 4/C in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant field.
  • Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent) is advantageous.
  • Assessor and Moderator/IV Award is preferred.
Desired Attributes:
  • Effective communication skills with a diverse audience.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in IT tools (ECDL or equivalent).
  • Creative and innovative approach to training.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
