Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior team members to handle mid-term and policy adjustments, invoicing, and accounts queries.
- Prepare administrative documents and communicate with policyholders and insurers regarding cover and policy queries.
- Deal with a diverse range of clients across various industries, including charity, motor trade, property owners, and retail.
- Manage premiums exposure, which can range from £20,000 to £100,000, depending on the class of business.
Requirements
- Good administration skills and solid customer service skills.
