Job Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and confident Sales Associate to join our team at Invicta Gatwick. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering a personalized and unforgettable guest experience, hitting sales targets with your unique style, and ensuring the forecourt/display/showroom is always up to the required standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up all sales leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure the forecourt/display/showroom is always up to the required standards
- Meet and greet any guest that walks onto the site, providing a world-class service with professionalism and integrity
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Requirements
- At least 1 year's experience in a customer service and sales environment
- Passion and drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Confident on the computer, with a high level of ability to deliver on processes and compliance requirements
- Full Clean UK Driving Licence
- Basic DBS check and adverse financial background check
