Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our team at a private day-nursery in the Stafford area. The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years and a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Studies (EYFS) curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children from 3 months to 5 years old in their learning and development
  • Work collaboratively with the nursery team to deliver high-quality childcare and education
  • Plan and implement engaging learning activities that promote key skills and confidence
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive nursery environment
Requirements:
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
  • Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and its application in practice
  • Experience working with young children in a private nursery setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
