Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at SharkNinja. As a key member of our Supply Planning team, you will play a critical role in ensuring optimal inventory levels to support the sales demands in our rapidly growing European business.
Key Responsibilities- Interface with local Commercial Planning, Sales, and Operations teams, and the Local Supply Planning function to own the Supply Plan for a range of the Parts & Accessories catalogue.
- Ensure that Inbound stock is directed to the right Country DC to support sales/service targets.
- Work on either new customers or new product launches into the markets to ensure smooth launches, with either customers or product.
- Ensure that Inbound containers are routed to country DCs to enable stock to be in the correct DC for future orders and optimize the utilization of storage.
- Arrange stock transfers between country to ensure that inventory is maximized and reduce the liability for overstocks.
- Balance stock between B2B and B2C sub-inventories to enable both channels to achieve sales plan.
- Liaise and coordinate with Sales/Order Management/Inbound Logistics and Country Logistics teams to ensure transparent communication and smooth flow of goods from Inbound to Customer.
- Provide reporting of KPIs to enable performance to be understood and highlight any blockages in the process.
- Collaborate with various business stakeholders across the organization to gather relevant data.
- Track Excess & Obsolete stock highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Be the first point of contact for stock in and Inventory queries.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a business environment.
- Strong analytical skills to optimize inventory management by DC to improve key performance indicators.
- Ability to multi-task and time manage independently; ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge/experience of operating within a Supply Chain/Planning function an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills.
- Good MS Excel and PowerPoint; Domo knowledge an advantage.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working in a dynamic, fun, fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented and collaborative approach.
- Ability to communicate for impact, both in writing and verbally.
