As a Trainee Educator, you will collaborate with our experienced mathematics faculty to deliver stimulating lessons and receive comprehensive training to enhance your teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement engaging Maths lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students.
  • Offer assistance to students requiring additional support with mathematical concepts.
  • Maintain a constructive learning environment through effective classroom management.
  • Contribute to the overall well-being and development of students.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Mathematics or a related field.
  • A genuine passion for education and a desire to help young individuals succeed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Experience in an educational setting is beneficial but not mandatory.
