About the Role:
The Technical Apprenticeship School at Uxbridge College focuses on maximizing our links and opportunities with employers in key sectors, including automotive, building services, digital, and engineering. As an Apprenticeships Standards Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring successful apprenticeship provision and future growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement apprenticeship standards and quality assurance processes
- Collaborate with employers and industry partners to identify training needs and opportunities
- Contribute to the development of apprenticeship programs and curricula
- Monitor and evaluate apprenticeship performance and progress
- Provide guidance and support to apprentices, employers, and college staff
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in apprenticeship development and delivery
