Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie to join our team at a private members club in central London. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for working closely with the Head Chef across all sections of the kitchen, creating modern European dishes using the best seasonal produce available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to develop new menu ideas
  • Assist with kitchen operations and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Participate in events and functions as required

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Chef De Partie in a similar environment
  • Strong knowledge of modern European cuisine and seasonal produce
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
