Job Title: Plant PLC Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plant PLC Technician to join our team at Veolia. As a key member of our Plant Operations Team, you will be responsible for supporting the electrical maintenance of our Mobile Water treatment equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Plant Operations Team with electrical maintenance tasks
  • Work with Siemens and Allen Bradley PLC software
  • Fault finding in control systems (PLCs', SCADA, DCS etc)
  • Electrical and PLC support to the team
  • Producing documentation / drawings
  • Maintaining electrical control systems
  • Some PLC modifications and fault finding
  • Maintaining accurate records

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in industrial electrical works, 17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, or NVQ3 in electrical based units. You should also have drawing software skills and be able to work effectively in a team.
