We're seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at The Highdown in our Tea Rooms. As a Weekend Tea Room Chef, you'll be responsible for crafting exquisite dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard
- Work collaboratively with our Sous Chefs and Head Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for our guests

About You...
We're looking for a passionate and skilled Chef who is eager to take their culinary skills to the next level. If you have experience in catering as a chef, line cook, breakfast chef, section chef or chef de partie in a restaurant, gastro pub or the wider hospitality sector, we'd love to hear from you.
