We are seeking a professional Care Supervisor to join our team at Lowe House in Knebworth, Hertfordshire. As a Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the security of the development, ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our homeowners, and overseeing the Care and Support teams.
About You- You will be a warm, friendly, and self-motivated individual with experience of working in a care or support environment and excellent care skills.
- You will be located within an easily commutable distance from our estate.
- You will have a QCF Health and Social Care (Adults) Level 3 qualification or equivalent, and a passion for delivering high-quality care services.
- You will be able to co-ordinate and facilitate activities that strengthen the community spirit within the development.
- You will be driven to continue growing your skills and lead by example.
- You will be able to make a positive difference to the wellbeing and happiness of our older residents.
- A competitive base salary of £14.47 per hour (day rate) and £11.82 per hour (night rate), plus an extra £1 for every hour worked from midnight Friday to midnight Sunday.
