Finance Business Partner

This role seeks a dedicated Finance Business Partner to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will effectively manage financial planning, provide strategic advice, and work closely with other departments to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial planning and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure financial strategies are aligned and integrated into business operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure financial compliance and risk management to protect the organization's assets and reputation.
  • Contribute to strategic financial decisions to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Review and analyze financial data to provide business insights and recommendations.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Life Science industry.
  • Strong financial and strategic planning skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
