Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our Physiotherapy Department as a Receptionist and Administration Assistant. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care and administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive reception duties in the physiotherapy department, including hydrotherapy, hand therapy, plaster room, and pain rehabilitation services.
  • Attend to patients and referrers to the service, both in person and on the telephone, in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Be a worthy front-line representative of the high-quality physiotherapy service.
  • Participate in the development of the OUH NHS Trust systems.
