The Purpose of the Digital Marketing Consultant:

To take ownership of the digital marketing solutions delivery department and assist in creating a sales pipeline of new business revenue into the company.

About the Role:

The Digital Marketing Consultant will be responsible for formulating and delivering digital marketing plans, taking ownership of PPC and social media solutions services, and becoming an expert in paid media techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver PPC and social media solutions to current and future customers.
  • Gain expert knowledge to deliver Google Adwords solutions and enable maximum investment for customers.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities and create a pipeline of new business leads.
  • Build campaigns, including email sequences, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other effective social media marketing techniques.
  • Attend networking events and build a network of useful partners and industry contacts.
  • Attend sales and product training, focus on career development, and aim to improve performance.
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication, and customer management.
  • Track competitors and handle customer enquiries.
  • Compile quotations and tender responses.
  • Meet targets and manage KPIs.
  • Work conscientiously and professionally, re-enforcing, maintaining, and developing the company brand.

Requirements:

  • Good customer service skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
  • Experience in working to strict deadlines on time, to budget, and on quality.
  • Higher education and/or commercial experience in digital marketing.
  • Digital skills at medium to expert level, including general digital solutions, social media platforms, Google Adwords, web development, and SEO.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office and other common software products.
  • Self-motivated, goal-orientated, and able to use your own initiative.
  • Organised and proactive individual displaying high standards of professional conduct and attention to detail.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Positive outlook and ability to work effectively both independently and within a team to deliver the monthly and annual team target.

Benefits:

  • Salary: £25-32k + Comm
  • Job Types: Full-time or part-time, Permanent

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm (flexible working hours possible subject to pro-rata pay)
