Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Development Professional to join our team. As a Business Development Professional, you will play a critical role in maintaining accurate data, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of our Bad Debt Protection program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Accurate Data: Ensure that all data within our main databases, including Dancerace, EBonded, and other spreadsheets, is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relationship managers, business development managers, and external insurers to ensure seamless communication and data exchange.
  • Charge Protection and Additional Services: Accurately charge protection and additional services to clients, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Collate Information and Report: Gather information from various sources to enable the generation of management reports, and report to insurers after receiving updates from the network.
  • Assist with Reporting and Claims: Assist with the reporting of data to insurers and the management of claims, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Support Training and Development: Deliver training to new starters on eCapital's systems and processes, either in-person or via Teams.
  • Deputize for BDP Manager: Provide backup support to the BDP Manager as required, ensuring continuity of operations.
Requirements
  • GCSEs at Grade A-C/9-4 in English Language and/or Mathematics
  • Business Studies or ICT at GCSE or higher (preferred but not essential)
  • Previous experience in banking or finance industry (useful but not essential)
  • Right to work in the UK (regrettably, we are unable to sponsor visas for this position)
