Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our vision to become a leading provider of integrated care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to patients, ensuring their needs are met and their safety is ensured.
  • Hold delegated responsibility for managing the ward on a shift basis, ensuring effective team working and multi-agency collaboration.
  • Contribute to the supervision and development of junior staff, promoting effective team working and a culture of continuous learning.
  • Participate in regular supervision, attend mandatory training, and comply with all Trust policies, procedures, and protocols.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health nursing certificate (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification.
  • Experience of working in a mental health setting, either paid employment or placement.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual care plans.
