Role Overview: This is a continuous opportunity following training, where you will contribute significantly to your community. Our client, a reputable local government entity, seeks dedicated individuals to join their vital electronic monitoring service team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and deactivate electronic monitoring devices in the residences of individuals under supervision.
  • Conduct home visits to set up and calibrate monitoring equipment, ensuring compliance with curfew regulations.
  • Maintain and service electronic monitoring apparatus.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to facilitate smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to individuals undergoing electronic monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Possession of a full UK driving license.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK; a company vehicle and fuel card will be provided for work-related travel.
  • No prior experience is necessary; comprehensive training will be offered.
  • Successful candidates will undergo BPSS clearance.
  • DBS clearance is required or a commitment to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of verbal English.
  • Ability to work flexibly, both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Strong attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills.
