About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Installation Lecturer to join our team at Blue Octopus Recruitment Ltd.

As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will be responsible for delivering inspirational teaching on a range of electrical subjects on Level 3 apprenticeship courses and full cost programs.

You will also carry out on-site assessments and make competency-based judgements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality teaching and training to electrical apprentices
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and competence
  • Develop and maintain curriculum content and resources
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective delivery of electrical programs

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification, including NVQ and AM2 qualification or equivalent
  • Experience of delivering and managing student groups/programs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
