Production Operative Night Shift

We are working with our client, a market leader in their industry, who is seeking production operatives to join their busy team and help manage their workload.
The role is based at their site in Brassington, and they are looking for candidates who prefer longevity with their work.
To be considered for the role, you'll require the following essential skills:
- Experience working within a busy warehouse or factory environment is highly desirable
- Experience in a physically demanding role is essential
- You'll need to have your own transport due to the location
- Be hardworking and reliable
- Have a can-do attitude and the desire to learn
In this position, you'll be responsible for:
- Supplying machines with relevant materials
- Maintaining the machines and production areas in a tidy condition
- Reporting faults and working to high safety standards
- Palletising products ready for dispatch
- Moving pallets ready for dispatch
- Minding machinery and working as part of a team
- Labelling goods
Working Hours:
Nightshift working hours are Monday to Thursday 6.00pm to 5.45am or 7pm to 6.45am
Hourly Rate:
£13.74ph for the first 4 weeks
Increasing to £14.61ph after 4 weeks
