Finance Director Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead our finance function across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the finance function across the region, ensuring best practice accounting and adherence to internal control standards.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, working with the Group Finance, Operations, and IT teams to review and implement system improvements.
  • Partner with the Operations team to manage costs and improve reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee the monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process for all properties in the region.
  • Produce ad-hoc and recurring reports to support business decision-making.
Requirements
  • Significant knowledge and experience in Hotels & Events Business.
  • Ability to produce accounts to draft statutory level.
  • Reconciliation and VAT return preparation skills.
  • Excellent Excel and Sage/Xero skills.
