Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Lift Maintenance Professional to join our team at Stannah, a leading manufacturer and engineering company in the lift industry.

About the Role: As a Lift Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance, repair, and call-out visits on various types of lifts and stairlifts. You will ensure high-quality service and safety standards, perform effective risk assessments, and maintain site log cards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular maintenance and repair visits on lifts and stairlifts to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform thorough risk assessments and maintain accurate site log cards to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in on-call rota and receive additional standby allowance and call-out payment for out-of-hours work.

Requirements:

  • NVQ level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience as a Lift Engineer or in a related field.
  • A valid UK driving license.
