Job Title: Band 6 CPN ADHD Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 CPN ADHD Nurse Specialist to join our team in North West Lancashire. As a key member of our community recovery team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality mental health services to patients with ADHD.

About the Role:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status and develop individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications and monitor their effects on patients, as well as provide therapeutic interventions such as counseling and behavioral therapies.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and offer emotional support and education to patients and their families.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care, and contribute to the development of the community recovery team.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Current and valid registration with the NMC.
  • Proven experience within a community recovery role, with a strong focus on ADHD assessment and treatment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
