Main Responsibilities

  • Assess the health needs of patients, families, and carers
  • Provide expert advice related to specific conditions
  • Provide education to other health professionals and carers
  • Conduct research to improve health outcomes
  • Implement changes to improve care and services

About You

We are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist with:

Proven experience in a similar roleExcellent communication and patient-focussed approachStrong assessment, clinical, and decision-making skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary teamA current and valid registration with the Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC)
