About the Role

Spicerhaart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join our team. As a Property Valuer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, generating new and repeat business, and developing strong relationships with vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to generate new and repeat business
• Focus on marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• Complete contracts on properties and ensure they adhere to health and safety standards
• Upsell additional products and services to clients
• Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions
• Canvass the local area and engage with potential clients

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
• Experience as an Estate Agent or in a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
• Good telephone manner and strong IT skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
