Housekeeping Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Housekeeper to join our team at Young's. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our hotel and pub.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional cleaning and maintenance services
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure high standards are maintained
- Monitor and maintain the condition of all hotel and pub areas, including bedrooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities
- Ensure all housekeeping equipment and supplies are maintained and replenished as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality management role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays
