Training Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Training Coordinator to join our After Sales team at BYD London Office in Hounslow. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive training program for commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver training sessions, including classroom instruction, hands-on exercises, and behind-the-wheel training.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Schedule and coordinate training sessions, including booking facilities and instructors.
  • Evaluate engineers' performance through assessments and skills tests.
  • Manage the budget allocated for commercial vehicle training.
  • Research and implement new training methods and technologies to improve program effectiveness.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment for all trainees.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a training and development role.
  • Experience with commercial vehicle training programs and regulations.
  • Excellent understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
