Commercial Gas Engineer Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Commercial Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing commercial gas systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Install, maintain, and repair commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and appliances
* Conduct site surveys to identify gas system requirements and recommend solutions
* Work with clients to understand their gas system needs and provide tailored solutions
* Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standards, meeting relevant regulations and industry codes
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience as a Commercial Gas Engineer
* Strong knowledge of commercial gas systems, including boilers, pipework, and appliances
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid gas safety certification

**What We Offer:**

* Competitive salary: £43,000 - £45,000 paid weekly
* 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch)
* Overtime paid at enhanced rates (OT1 and OT2) for work outside of basic hours
* OT1: Single + 42% (Monday to Friday, early mornings, and early evenings)
* OT2: Single + 82% (late evenings, weekends, and nights)
