Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our healthcare provider, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare service.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients in a fast-paced GP practice setting. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide safe and effective care, while also having the autonomy to make decisions and take charge of patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and diagnose patients in a primary care setting
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and other healthcare professionals
  • Prescribe medications and treatments as necessary
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of healthcare policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Registered with the relevant NMC/GPhC/HCPC
  • MSc in Advanced Nursing or equivalent
  • Previous experience working in a primary or emergency care setting
