Service Type:Brain Injury Rehabilitation
£73 per hour
Hours: 3 shifts per week across 7 days, fixed shifts may be considered
Contract Type:Permanent
This is a rewarding setting where you will work closely with the service users and their families, providing the care people need to optimise their health and wellbeing, maximise their independence, and support their emotional and social needs.
The specialist neurological care centre provides care for people aged 18 and over with a range of neurological conditions, including Cerebral Palsy, Head/Brain Injury, Huntington's Disease, Motor Neurone Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, Parkinson's Disease, and Stroke.
You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including Neuro and clinical Psychologists, Speech and Language Therapists, Physiotherapists, and occupational therapists.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualised care using evidence-based guidelines
- Work collaboratively with the inter-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
- Maintain all records in line with corporate policies and procedures and NMC guidelines
- Carry out all clinical care in line with company policies and procedures
- Ensure the care team provides all care in line with the inter-professional evidence-based care plan
