Job Title: Director of Global Provider Networks

At World Travel Protection, we're committed to protecting people and supporting those responsible for their safety. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our global network strategy and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Global Network Operating Model, driving best-in-class processes and protocols to deliver superior customer experiences.
  • Lead and manage global provider network functions to ensure quality control, medical governance, and brand reputation.
  • Formulate strategies and continuous improvements to align Global Network Management with our Global Operating Model and Cover-More Group's vision and roadmap.
  • Manage OPEX for global network teams, including audits, travel, conferences, and consultancy expenses, within budgetary constraints and company policy.
  • Collaborate with Risk and Compliance, and Medical leadership teams to maintain and improve compliance and risk frameworks across the network divisions.
  • Establish productive relationships with network leaders and teams globally to create consistency in delivery, execution, and engagement of Global Providers.
  • Offer solutions to provider network issues affecting or potentially affecting customer delivery or other WTP members.
  • Support continual improvement across network and related line of business functions.
  • Work with the Salesforce team on enhancements to the Global Care Network database.
  • Manage provider account relationships, including service delivery oversight, issue resolution, relationship management, contractual negotiations, and escalation support.
  • Develop, revise, and implement protocols and processes.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or managing operational teams across multiple sites.
  • Assistance industry experience or experience in managing operational teams across multiple sites.
  • Ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, and strong listening and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to consistently deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work proactively with staff to identify areas for improvement within the operational structure and organization.
  • Successful track record of network service delivery.
