About the Role
  • Support the class teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum, fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
  • Engage children with creative and fun learning activities, promoting their cognitive, social, and emotional development.
  • Work collaboratively with small groups of children to enhance their learning experiences and provide individualized support.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and creative learning environment, aligned with the school's values and objectives.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent, demonstrating your expertise in early childhood education.
  • Experience working within an EYFS setting, showcasing your ability to adapt to diverse learning environments.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive and creative learning environment, inspiring young learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with children, teachers, and parents.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, promoting a culture of mutual respect and support.
