Quantity Surveying Graduate Programme

We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveying graduate to join our team at SSE Transmission. As a graduate quantity surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting our Procurement and Commercial team in delivering high-profile transmission projects.

About the Role

As a quantity surveying graduate, you will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge in procurement and commercial management. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including transmission projects, and gain experience in our engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Procurement and Commercial team in delivering high-profile transmission projects
  • Develop your skills and knowledge in procurement and commercial management
  • Work closely with experienced team members to gain experience and develop your skills
  • Contribute to the development of our transmission network
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of a 2:2 in a relevant Quantity Surveying or Construction in the Built Environment degree. You will also need to have some practical work experience that reflects your passion for the energy sector, as well as demonstrable experience of working in a team.
