**About the Role**
Talk Staff is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their growing litigation team in the East Midlands. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of Commercial Litigation matters from end to end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Commercial Litigation matters, including reviewing documentation and legal research, preparing detailed advice for clients, and drafting all legal documentation.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to promote team working and instructing and briefing counsel and experts.
- Providing excellent client service and ensuring that all matters are handled in a timely and efficient manner.
- Staying up-to-date with changes in commercial litigation law and procedure, and applying this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.
Requirements:
- Either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with good knowledge of the law and civil procedure rules relating to commercial dispute litigation matters.
- Working knowledge in either commercial litigation, civil litigation, property litigation, or contentious probate.
- Experience of ADR and/or Advocacy would be advantageous.
- Naturally self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have a positive attitude towards providing the very best service to clients.
What We Offer:
- A competitive remuneration package, including a salary of £35,000 to £70,000 per annum, dependant on experience.
