Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Operator to join our manufacturing team at Stafflex Industrial. As a Technical Operator, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Machine Technician to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, and to ensure equipment operates efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in production line changeovers and ensure that they are completed safely and efficiently.
  • Monitor and maintain the overall performance of the production line, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Provide backup resource for other areas within the company, as governed by production demands.
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCSE or equivalent in Math's and English.
  • Basic IT skills.
  • Strong GMP knowledge and experience working in a controlled manufacturing environment.
  • Previous pharmaceutical experience is advantageous.
