Assistant Store Director

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee store operations, ensuring seamless execution of business initiatives and control of store performance metrics.
- Develop and coach a team of store managers, fostering a culture of excellence, and driving sales growth through effective leadership and guidance.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with company objectives and driving business results.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing targeted strategies to drive sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store teams, senior managers, brand partners, and external stakeholders, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative environment.
- Proven experience in leading a large team in a fast-paced, multi-department environment, with a minimum of 3 years in luxury and premium retail at a senior management level.
- Vast knowledge and passion for luxury retail, including building brand relationships and driving sales growth.
- Strong commercial awareness, with a proven track record of internal progression and development.
- Able to work well under pressure and to strict deadlines, with a flexible schedule based on company needs.
