Job Title: Early Years Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a 125-place nursery in Hull. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 4 years.

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care, or be working towards it. You will have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and be able to adapt to the needs of our children.

We offer a competitive salary, paid on a PAYE basis, and a range of benefits, including CPD courses and certificates. Our staff are valued and supported, and we pride ourselves on excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 weeks to 4 years
  • Develop and implement engaging and challenging activities to meet the needs of our children

  • Contribute to the development of our nursery's policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Care, or working towards it
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of our children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
