Job Title: Technical Sales Executive

Company: ST Selection

We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Executive to join our team in the lift industry. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering growth of our service portfolio while adhering to our strategic business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and Nurture Relationships: Establish and maintain effective relationships with new and existing customers to drive business growth.
  • Develop New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities outside of our existing portfolio to expand our service offerings.
  • Secure Maintenance Contracts: Secure maintenance contracts with customers and deliver consistently against targets.
  • Convert Warranty Contracts: Convert all warranty contracts prior to expiry to minimize revenue loss.
  • Manage Enquiries: Manage all incoming enquiries for maintenance contracts and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Market and Client Developments: Stay up-to-date with market and client developments to identify potential opportunities for growth.
  • Site-Based Surveys: Conduct site-based surveys and condition reporting to provide accurate quotations to customers.
  • Agreement Preparation: Prepare and submit agreement documents for submission and signing by both parties.
  • Pricing and Presentations: Prepare and submit pricing documents on large-scale opportunities in alignment with our pricing strategy and deliver client presentations on our service offerings.
  • Contractual Obligations: Clearly communicate all contractual obligations and commitments to internal delivery parties.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all agreements and deviations in centrally held storage platforms.
  • Repair Team Guidance: Provide guidance to the repair team on opportunities for dilapidation or contractual allowance for chargeable works.
