Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Specialist Speech & Language Therapist to join our team at Jarrodean Healthcare Recruitment. As a key member of our Adult Acute and Community service, you will be responsible for managing a clinical caseload and providing a highly specialist service to adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a clinical caseload of adult patients with complex communication needs
  • Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Advanced Specialist Speech & Language Therapist qualification
  • Experience working with adult patients with complex communication needs
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
