The Solution Auto is seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join their prestigious franchised car dealership in Manchester.

The Job:

As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise to customers and colleagues alike.

You will have a strong understanding of Kerridge and be able to effectively communicate with suppliers to ensure seamless part ordering and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ordering and receiving parts
  • Checking and verifying part orders
  • Providing technical advice and support to customers and colleagues
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a similar role in an automotive retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of Kerridge
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Full clean driving licence
