Your Key Responsibilities

As an Assistant Branch Manager - Estate Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Running a profitable and well-organized office, providing an effective and professional estate agency service to customers
  • Leading by example and delegating tasks to ensure the team exceeds performance and targets
  • Optimizing opportunities to secure market appraisals, instructions, viewings, reservations, sales, and mortgage introductions
  • Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the training and support they need to flourish in their career
What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced and motivated individual with a proven track record in residential sales. If you have:

  • Preferably an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, or Valuer looking to progress
  • The ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Proven experience managing, leading, and mentoring a team
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilience, positivity, organization, numeracy, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literacy (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A full UK driving license
