The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Engineering Team, ensuring timely completion and issue of designs, and maintaining high-quality performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Issuing manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials
  • Managing the Engineering Team and coordinating with purchasing and production
  • Ensuring documentation, including manuals, is up-to-date and accurate
  • Developing and implementing cost-effective design solutions

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a degree in Engineering and a proven track record in team management and people management. The ideal candidate will have extensive machinery design experience, proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD 2D, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

In return, we offer a competitive salary up to £55,000, 25 days annual leave, and a pension scheme with 3% employer contribution and 5% employee contribution.
